- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'wuaclt.exe' = '%WINDIR%\14785\moxxiita.exe'
Malicious functions:
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\ping.exe 127.0.0.1 -n 35
- <SYSTEM32>\reg.exe ADD HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Windows /v ErrorMode /t REG_DWORD /d "2" /f
- <SYSTEM32>\reg.exe ADD HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run /v wuaclt.exe /t REG_SZ /d "%WINDIR%\14785\moxxiita.exe" /f
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %WINDIR%\14785\moxxiita.exe
- %TEMP%\~1.bat
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- %TEMP%\~1.bat
