Technical Information
To ensure autorun and distribution:
Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Run' = '<SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\<Virus name>.exe'
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Run' = '<SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\<Virus name>.exe'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\<Virus name>.exe
Malicious functions:
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\wscript.exe "<SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\aa.vbs"
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\1.JPG
- C:\<Virus name>.exe
- C:\autorun.inf
- <SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\autorun.inf
- <SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\<Virus name>.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\aa.vbs
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- C:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\<Virus name>.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- C:\<Virus name>.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\<Virus name>.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\autorun.inf
- <SYSTEM32>\ShellExt\aa.vbs
Deletes the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- C:\autorun.inf

Searches for the following windows:
- ClassName: 'Indicator' WindowName: ''
- ClassName: 'Shell_TrayWnd' WindowName: ''
