Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\readme.doc.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\AUTORUN.INF
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\DirectX\DirectX.exe'
- '<SYSTEM32>\wininfo.exe'
- '<DRIVERS>\DefragFs.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe' /c <SYSTEM32>\directx\abc.bat
- '%WINDIR%\regedit.exe' /s <SYSTEM32>\directx\bbb.reg
- '<SYSTEM32>\cmd.exe' /c <Current directory>\a.bat
- '<SYSTEM32>\attrib.exe' -a -r -s -h <Full path to virus>
Searches for windows to
bypass different anti-viruses:
- ClassName: 'AVP.AlertDialog' WindowName: '(null)'
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\DirectX\abc.bat
- <SYSTEM32>\DirectX\bbb.reg
- C:\readme.doc.exe
- C:\AUTORUN.INF
- <SYSTEM32>\DirectX\DirectX.exe
- <DRIVERS>\DefragFs.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\wininfo.exe
- <Current directory>\a.bat
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- C:\readme.doc.exe
- <Drive name for removable media>:\AUTORUN.INF
- <Drive name for removable media>:\readme.doc.exe
- C:\AUTORUN.INF
- <DRIVERS>\DefragFs.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\wininfo.exe
- <SYSTEM32>\DirectX\DirectX.exe
Deletes the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\DirectX\bbb.reg
- %TEMP%\~DFCE10.tmp
Deletes itself.
