Creates and executes the following:
- '%HOMEPATH%\1244425.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%HOMEPATH%\1244425.exe" "1244425.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %HOMEPATH%\1244425.exe

Connects to:
- 'localhost':1177
