Creates and executes the following:

Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%TEMP%\hack.exe" "hack.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %TEMP%\hack.exe
