- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Windows Defender' = '%APPDATA%\winlogon.exe'
Malicious functions:
Creates and executes the following:
- '%APPDATA%\winlogon.exe'
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\winlogon.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- %APPDATA%\winlogon.exe
Miscellaneous:
Searches for the following windows:
- ClassName: 'Indicator' WindowName: '(null)'
