Modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] 'Msn Messsenger' = '<SYSTEM32>\regsvr.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] 'Shell' = 'Explorer.exe regsvr.exe'
- [<HKLM>\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon] 'Shell' = 'Explorer.exe '
Creates or modifies the following files:
- %WINDIR%\Tasks\At1.job
Malicious functions:
To complicate detection of its presence in the operating system,
blocks execution of the following system utilities:
- Registry Editor (RegEdit)
Executes the following:
- <SYSTEM32>\at.exe 09:00 /interactive /EVERY:m,t,w,th,f,s,su <SYSTEM32>\svchost .exe
- <SYSTEM32>\at.exe /delete /yes
Modifies settings of Windows Explorer:
- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer] 'NofolderOptions' = '00000000'
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\svchost .exe
- <SYSTEM32>\setup.ini
- %WINDIR%\regsvr.exe
- %TEMP%\aut1.tmp
- <SYSTEM32>\regsvr.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <SYSTEM32>\setup.ini
- <SYSTEM32>\svchost .exe
- <SYSTEM32>\regsvr.exe
Deletes the following files:
- %TEMP%\aut1.tmp

Searches for the following windows:
- ClassName: 'Indicator' WindowName: ''
