- [<HKCU>\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run] '8f07eaf28bdbd7697bd9a52b77728332' = '"%APPDATA%\server.exe" ..'
Creates the following files on removable media:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\au_J_c_C_r_n_Y_.exe
Malicious functions:
To bypass firewall, removes or modifies the following registry keys:
- [<HKLM>\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\SharedAccess\Parameters\FirewallPolicy\StandardProfile\AuthorizedApplications\List] '%APPDATA%\server.exe' = '%APPDATA%\server.exe:*:Enabled:server.exe'
Creates and executes the following:
- '%APPDATA%\server.exe'
Executes the following:
- '<SYSTEM32>\netsh.exe' firewall add allowedprogram "%APPDATA%\server.exe" "server.exe" ENABLE
Modifies file system :
Creates the following files:
- %APPDATA%\server.exe
- C:\autorun.inf
- C:\au_J_c_C_r_n_Y_.exe
Sets the 'hidden' attribute to the following files:
- <Drive name for removable media>:\autorun.inf
- <Drive name for removable media>:\au_J_c_C_r_n_Y_.exe
- C:\autorun.inf
- C:\au_J_c_C_r_n_Y_.exe
